Payment is collected at the time of booking unless a separate written agreement has been made. Cancellations and reschedule requests require at least 24 hours advance notice; sessions canceled or changed after that window will be charged in full.

Our consultants provide guidance and support but do not complete applications, essays, or forms on behalf of students.
